I'm not a mountain guide, just a passionate hiker and cyclist. I want you to use the information I provide here, but please, always double-check your plans. Trails can change and snow can stick around even in the height of summer. Take ownership of your adventure. Do your homework, plan your routes carefully, double check the weather forecast, and never head out unprepared. Wear sturdy, waterproof footwear, pack essentials like maps, navigation apps, food, water, cash, a phone and a battery pack. The mountains can be unpredictable!
