We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Please get in touch before you make your purchase if you have any questions.
Purchase terms for digital downloads
By purchasing any digital product from Wild Bee Outdoors, you agree that it is for your personal use only. Your licence is non-transferable and you may not share, distribute, reproduce or resell any part of this guide.
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you give express consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel or receive a refund.
We are proud of our guides and the way they enable families and other readers to access adventures in a cost effective manner which might otherwise be difficult to organise independently. Our guides are provided for general information only. While created with care, they is not professional mountain or safety advice. Wild Bee Outdoors and the author accept no liability for injuries, losses or damages arising from its use. You are responsible for evaluating conditions, checking current maps and forecasts, carrying appropriate equipment and making safe decisions on the trail.

When you buy a guide, you obtain instant access to the digital copy of the PDF document. You can download and save the document to your device. As you receive this file instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund so do check that you are purchasing the correct product to meet your needs.
Should you contact us via social media or email before you make a purchase we will do our best to advise which guide will best suit your needs. We make no guarantee that the guide we recommend is suitable for you or your family.
Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the download digitally or print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.

Purchase terms for bespoke services
When we provide any bespoke services to you such as itinerary audits and trip planning, we will set out the scope of work and agreed timescales in advance.
We will confirm our fees in writing in advance. Where possible we will provide a fixed fee for our work so that you have clarity and certainty on the costs. For some longer projects and where we work with you on an ongoing basis, we may charge a retainer or charge you for a block of hours.
In all circumstances, we do not release documents that we have prepared on your behalf until payment has been made by you.
From time to time, it may be that we will need to extend timescales for delivery and we if need to do so we will contact you immediately to discuss.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
